We’re experienced working across London and the UK, from intimate boardroom sessions to multi-stage conferences with hundreds of attendees.
That depends on the event. A single camera operator works well for smaller events, panel sessions, and anything where flexibility matters. For larger events with multiple stages, simultaneous speakers, or where cutaway footage is important, we bring two or more cameras. We’ll recommend the right approach based on your brief and budget.
Yes. We record audio using dedicated radio microphones fitted to speakers, a direct feed from the venue’s sound desk, or both. Clean audio is one of the things that separates professional event video from amateur footage — we never rely on camera-mounted mics for any speaking content.
We typically produce a highlights edit (2–4 minutes) and, where requested, a longer or full-length version of key sessions. The highlights cut reflects the atmosphere and narrative of the event — not just a montage of shots. We agree deliverables at brief stage so there are no surprises at the end.
Turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks for a standard event film, depending on scope. If you need something faster — for a same-week social campaign, for example — let us know at the outset and we’ll build that into the plan. Rush edits are possible but need to be agreed before the shoot.
Yes, raw footage can be provided on request. We’d usually recommend commissioning an edit alongside it — raw event footage is time-consuming to navigate without a proper cut — but if you have an in-house editor or a specific reason to want the rushes, we can arrange that.
Yes. Our base is London but we regularly shoot events elsewhere in the UK and internationally. Travel costs are quoted transparently upfront — no surprises on the invoice.
